Which resistance level should I start with?

The Pro Grip Kit adjusts from 11 to 132 lbs — start light, master your reps, then climb. When 132 stops challenging you, the Titan-Grip 220 LBS is your next level.

Is liquid chalk allowed in commercial gyms?
